Wulf Kirschner at Art Karlsruhe

The art fair Art Karlsruhe is over. An eventful weekend lies behind us, during which we got into conversation with many of you at our booths B 11 and A 17 about art and artists.

A special star of our appearance this year, the Cuxhaven sculptor Wulf Kirschner, was prominently represented with a sculpture booth dedicated to him alone. Unfortunately, Wulf Kirschner's presentation was not included in our art fair film which we published with our newsletter last week. The reason: the large-format objects had not yet been set up at the time the film was shot. In order to represent Wulf Kirschner appropriately, we have therefore decided to re-present our artist talk with him – the topic of which is precisely the works presented at the fair – in a revised form. In the summer of 2021, Dr. Dorothea van der Koelen held the conversation with the artist shown in the video. The presentation at the sculpture booth was already planned for Art Karlsruhe 2021, which – like many other events – could not take place due to the corona pandemic. The advantage: the content has remained up to date!

We would like to say ‘Thank You’ to all friends of the Gallery Dr. Dorothea van der Koelen who visited us at our stand during the art fair, for the exciting time and the stimulating discussions.
